    Regional Warranty for Military


    Hi there, I'm currently trying to get my Series X repaired, but Microsoft isn't wanting to repair it because the console origin is in the UK and our (active duty) family is now in the US. Are there no provisions for this? It seems pretty low to refuse a repair when you don't exactly have a choice where you go and when.

    That's because you are doing it.wrong

    Your only option is to send it to an address in UK at your own cost and do the warranty there and it returns to that address AND send it again to yourself

    But unfortunately the microsoft warranty is only valid in the place where the purchase was made. So really your console can only be repaired at the place of purchase :/

    Sorry, so far the warranty does not cover globally.

    Foreign military bases use foreign connections

    For the best experience with Xbox live your account region has to match your actual region
