    Server browser probably would look like what socom navy seals was back in the day. us east,us central,us west, east eu, west eu,aus,japan. Then numbers added after it once that server game is full to make another server.

    No, there shouldn't be. The consoles are region free, and AFAIK Canada and the US share the same power voltage and frequency. The things that are restricted are the accounts themselves.

    Probably so. I think you need to use the one for the region your in? Or is it the one where the Xbox was purchased? Hmmmm, good question.

    trys to play a dvd...on the xbox1... says he cant play the dvd because it was made in region one and the console was made in region 2...he tryed it with blue ray but that didn't work.. everything purchased in USA any ideas??

    Can't download

    99% generally means that your account region does not match your physical region, and you are hitting a region restriction. What is your account region? Where are you physically located?

    If these do not match and the download has region restrictions (not all content does), then there is nothing that can be done to get around this region restriction.
