    Ummm Slovakia is a xbox live region

    As long as that's your account region you wouldnt have an issues with downloading unless you are trying to break the terms of use and try and get us or uk content

    You pay for the privilege to play online multiplayer. The free games are a bonus on top that you get with the normal Gold benefits.

    As a German, we also don't get certain games that are legally banned in our country. For example I had to pass on Gears of War or Crackdown when it was a Games with Gold game.

    So you probably have to live with that (REGIONAL PROBLEM) Games w/ Gold: Dead Space :(

    Had the same problem, I also live in UAE but I found a solution; Buy the game from the website (It's free since it's games with gold) and then just download it on your xbox. Better hurry up though since it expires tmrw.

    I am from Slovakia and have same problem. And do not understand, why should I pay for live account, if I cannot download game in my region... What am I paying for then?

    @shadow its not something support can fix it's your issue that you need to address cannot legally change the requirements of the game

    And no . alternatives are given so you can violate the terms of use

    To get content your account region and actual region and console region must match

    There is no work around or troubleshooting for region locks beyond that that isnt a violation of the terms of use

    That is actually part of the requirements of xbox live

    Your account region must reflect your actual region no its or buts about it
