    Back when Xbox Live launched anyone in the U.S. Territory of Guam had to sign up for Xbox Live via U.S. accounts. It has been over 6 years for me as a member where false information has been the only means to be a part of this community. Now it has recently
    come to my attention that in doing so(claiming a real U.S. address as your own) we get taxed according to whichever address we claimed ours. Guam is considered a part of the U.S. and should be recognized as such. Guam is not listed anywhere and it gets frustrating
    with all the digital purchases charging tax on an address that does not belong to me because Microsoft doesn't recognize Guam as a U.S. Territory. We have a GS here that can't help and I have spoken to 2 CS reps that couldn't help me, let alone understand
    my need for help. Guam should be listed within the United States, listed as a territory, so I can change my account information, and Microsoft can stop charging me tax that doesn't apply to me. I am utterly disappointed in Microsoft for letting this drag out
    and having Customer Support reps tell me that I have to pay tax and it is the only way. Surely something can be done. I don't wanna be stuck with something I purchased that I can even play.

    I would also like to add that the one that works is wired and the one that does not work (although still connects fine) is a wireless connection.

    Region that should be listed isn't

    Some countries are not listed due to governmental restrictions. If you would like Guam to be a part of the Xbox Live service you should begin by petitioning your local government to get added.

    Why is it that I only have region problems with Microsoft Xbox? Every other company I have dealt with over the past 8 years hasn't given me problems. And the only way I was able to stay with microsoft as a customer was because I could purchase anything I
    needed from Gamestop. Now I have to pay online simple because of the fact that they haven't listed Guam. It isn't due to governmental restrictions, it is because of ignorance.

    Change Xbox live region

    Not sure Uruguay is a Live supported region. If it isn't in the list when you create an account it isn't available in your region.

    Xcloid is not in every gamepass region you can check Xbox regions and they list what is available by country

    Xcloud and gamepass ultimate are listed separately if it isn't available in your region you can't get it

    Why should Microsoft refund you for your mistake.

    And considering that Iraq isn't a region that supports Xbox LIVE, you should not have an Xbox LIVE account.
