Region stuck on US when trying to purchase minecraft windows 10

Thanks Tali for your response - already done the above and everything still says UK but we can't change the payment screen in Minecraft from US.

Will contact Microsoft Support and see if they can reset it or something.

Did it work for you or did you get this problem resolved.

And the one it shows in your purchases is "Minecraft for Windows 10" not just "Minecraft" right? "Minecraft" is the console version. If you haven't purchased "Minecraft for Windows 10" you would need to purchase that in order to play it on the PC. When you get the message that it's looking for a device, it's usually looking for a console.
