Region setting and billing location

Dear,

I recently moved from Italy to Germany

- I have an Italian xbox live account.

- my billing information are italian, my credit card is italian.

If I buy for example PES 2015 on the xbox live store with the Italian xbox live account and with the italian credit card can I then download the game in germany?

I'm worried that I can buy but I cannot download or use the online game then because I live in Germany now but the product is buyed on the italian xbox live market.

Does all of your location info match up? Physical location, billing info, and account region?

Your region and location must be the same to access certain content.

i think you can but contact microsoft support first cause that is not really my best knowledge

A lot of items are being region locked which makes it difficult to download the item when you live in different countries now. No one can tell if you can actually download the items you want until you try.

What I would recommend is either change the region of your gamertag and then set up a paypal account for it for payment or create a new German region tag to purchase and download from.

yep,sounds more like an account region problem to me.

Are your account location,billing location & actual location all the same?

Also have you set the region on your console to the U.K. ?

Hi, what is your gamertags location set to? I believe if you set your region to where you are currently located you should be able to buy points etc.

Does your account region match your actual physical location? Usually when a download has issues at 80% it is a sign of a region conflict. You need to have your account set to the same region as your physical location and your billing address.
