    Hi

    Im new to the xbox 360 and I feel a little lost. I live in Israel and I was wondering if any game is downloadable in my region and I want to ask about the plus tax, is it always the same for each game or it varies.

    For example a game like dirt 3 which is 24.99 usd, How much more would I have to pay.

    well two things

    you cannot use us or canadian ms point sfor that region nor a billing address

    2nd

    there will be content you cannot download regardless if you pretend to be in UK skyplayer netflix etc etc is UK only and they check your IP

    and playing overseas players isn't the best idea because the amount of lag that happens because of the distance

    Is it against the ToS or CoC to have say a UK account if you live in the US or Canada? need to know please

    Sales tax would be a fixed percentage, so the dollar value varies.

    However, the actual prices in Israel will not always follow the exchange rate exactly, and there are different pricings in different regions.

    From Israel with an Israeli account you will be able to download anything from the Marketplace, but note that not all games are available in all regions, or perhaps not available at the same time.

    For instance, on the Israeli Xbox Store, Dirt 3 can be purchased for 115 ILS:

    The terms of service do not specifically state that you cannot do this. Although I remember years ago that someone in a region out of the GFWL service area lied about his location and was unable to use his account. Not because he was banned, just because
    GFWL was not supported. So nothing will happen but it would likely be pointless to lie about your region, you won't be able to access region locked content.

    tl;dr, you're fine but it's really pointless to do that.
