You may need to pass through the initial setup to get the newest version of the dashboard OS. As Singapore was added later the already installed OS version of your console may not contain it already.

So choose a different country, pass through the initial setup and all updating procedures and then try again to change the settings to English / Singapore.

you can use the italian xbox in the US if you can get the proper power adapter. I would probably recommend instead to just buy a spare US power supply for it that would be safer.

You can't change your console region.

There are games that are "region free", and will work anywhere, so if you bought those games in the US they would work on your italian console.

I would say about 30-40% of the games are region free.

Unfortunately, you can't tell looking at the box whether the game is region free or not.

Whether you want to get a new US console is up to you, that would make it easier, but it is pricey.

Basically you have an account region and an console region mismatch

You need to changethe your console region and account region to be there same
