    Hey there Mevi! I'm still a bit lost at the reference to multiple accounts. Can you explain what the other accounts have to do with this situation? If this Gamertag is the one in question, you want to log into
    Sign in to your Microsoft account on this account, look under Profile, and see what Region is listed there. That is the only one that will be affecting this account. Let us know, thanks!

    Problem Region Migration

    Its the first one.

    I got 2 Personal Accounts in 1 Commerce Account.

    If I try to change again, its just say that there is a problem and I should try it later again...

    Well it's in french but it says that an error is currently occuring and tells me to check the migration restriction's page and tell me to try again later.

    "Un problème se pose actuellement pour le déplacement de votre compte. Consultez la Page de prise en charge de changement de région pour vérifier que vous pouvez effectuer
    cette opération et réessayez plus ***."

  6. How long ago did you last migrate your region? Because I think there is 3 month timeout period.

    If you haven't in the last few months the best advice I can give is to go and chat with support:

    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Simply ask them to escalate this to higher support to try and get them to investigate the issue and possibly make an exception and use one of their tools to migrate it for you.

    Hi there, I'm having exactly the same problem, but moving from the US to the Brazilian live. I've already received the confirmation email but everything stays the same. Another issue, when you take a look at your profile, it appears the message: "Xbox LIVE

    Hi there! It could be that the console just doesn't see it updated yet. Can you please try redownloading your profile through the Sign In screen and see if it then pulls up the correct marketplace.

    If it doesn't, please check the account details on
    http://commerce.microsoft.com
    to see if that migration has gone through.

    I wrote the error code wrong, what I get is: 8/0150017

    P.S: I have successfully completed the account migration.

    I also changed into xbox.com the country in Italy, but for example if I go into the details of my account, automatically return to American.
