    I'm now officially part of you guys, same problem with me. I've tried everything and Xbox Support said they will work on it. I guess we all have to wait until Xbox solves this problem with their database, but they seem to have no idea what's happening. Best

    Problem with Region Migration

    The code you listed suggests a video error so I'm not sure why you are receiving it.

    However, for problems with migrating your account check the link

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    If you still encounter issues, try contacting support from the contact link at the bottom of the page and have them do a manual one for you.

    EDIT:

    I just thought of something. If you are logging into the xbox.com marketplace and are showing US items then just scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the US link and change your country to Italy.

    OK guys I think I may have this fix but it's only temporary... You will have to contact Xbox to get it fully solved.

    So to start you'll have to sign in to xbox.com and at the bottom left hand corner make sure you region is the original one you've always used... If it isn't click on the region and then select the correct one and then sign out.

    Next go start up your Xbox One and remove the account with which you switched regions with... This can be found in settings.

    After removing this account you'll have to go up to your Xbox One and hold on to the power button for 10 seconds... This will perform a hard reset.

    Once the console is off press the same button once to turn the Xbox One back on.

    Now add the account you removed and hopefully the problem should go away for longer period of time.

    Also I forgot to mention make sure the Xbox One is set to the original region too... This is also found in settings under systems.

    I found this out by contacting Xbox via their call back service. I'm at the stage where the case had been escalated and am waiting for permanent fix as I've found that the temporary fix although lasts a lot longer I still get the error code once in a while.

    I hope this helps albeit temporarily.

    Oh my days the problem has come back more frequently again so I guess I'll have to wait and see if Xbox get back to me with fix.

    Also I would like to add that the Xbox guy on the phone that the region changing is of two types:

    1. Xbox Live Account region change.

    2. Xbox One console rejoin change.

    So the first one is the one where this 3 months changing period applies... and the second one, which involves changing the console region only, does not have this 3 months thingy.

    I was one that went online via pc and changed my region that way after tampering with region on the console.

    So I'm guessing had I just kept to doing what I was doing on the console and not changed anything online I probably wouldn't have ran into this issue.

    So the last thing I can think of trying is to factory reset which I'm in the middle of doing right now and will update if this has worked out not.

    OK so the factory reset didn't make any difference either... Instead I'm stuck with having to reinstall everything back the way it was... awesome!

    @ARaq 84, I think it has nothing to do about your Xbox, it's a problem with the Microsoft database. Since I changed my region, my Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Smart glass started having this same issue.

    They have to fix it from there, it's not a problem with our consoles.

    you do know that you also have to enter in a American payment method?

    xbox live accounts have to have a payment method on file in order to buy content

    you will also have major issues downloading content like cod or halo and most games for gold

    you are better off having an account that actually matches your region

  9. Problema resolvido.. Ontem o suporte deu 4 dias úteis pra resolver e hoje de manhã já estava resolvido e como uma desculpa pelo ocorrido eles me deram 1 mês de gold.

    Problem solved .. Yesterday the support given 4 days to solve and this morning was already good and as an excuse for what happened they gave me 1 month of gold.

    My problem is solved as well, I think it was just a problem caused by the transition betwen regions while the Region Changing is occurring. It's great to know that Microsoft worked on that so fast and solved it for us all!

    My problem is still there . Been on the phone all week told me 10 working days for someone to look at my account . All my games are digital so no playing at all. Support team don't care . And I'm moving soon so I'm thinking if it's not fixed soon I'm of
    to trade this brick in.

    Hey MadSki11zz, your issue seems to be different. We fixed the other folks on the thread. Are you seeing a specific error code? Would be happy to help there, as well.

    OK so after playing on my Xbox One for a good few hours I haven't had the auto sign out thing happen to me even once so really happy that Microsoft sorted it out!

    The situation want nice to be in bit I'm relieved that I don't have to put up with another auto sign out...
