Region Lock Help

Hello

Im trying to download Battlestation Pacific, for some reason it keeps giving me an error stating not support in my Region. Its funny because i'm from the Pacific and i cant download this game lmao But yea, how could i fix this?

I had a rivetting conversation this morning with an Xbox Agent in regards to unlocking my region/location.

For some bizare reason my location is set up to FL, USA, when I'm clearly not American and live in Manchester, UK. As you can imagine this is a royal pain in the backside with the inability to access any UK apps and only being able to view US ones (however,
not able to access them due to my ENGLISH IP/ISP).

Please Xbox change my region from US to UK.

The UK account doesn't even need to be a Gold Member either. Just about any content downloaded with the UK account would be accessible to the US account, avatar items and call of duty elite subscription content excluded.

 

Are your account,billing & actual location all the same?

If they are then there is nothing you can do.Some games are not available in certain regions due to local laws.

If this is the case there should be a different game to download but not knowing where you are I couldn't tell you what it is.

Location: Saipan, Northern Marianas islands. We are a territory of the U.S, most game i have no problem downloading, just this. Chit chatted with one of the Microsoft guys, they said this forum would have a Moderator teach me how to unlock my ip, strange

Sorry but you have been given the wrong info.

If it says you can't download the game in your region then there's nothing you can do to change that.
