Region incorrect on Xbox

My Xbox device appears to be listing my region as United States, when I am actually based in UK. As a result I can't put through payment for any purchases because it wants me to add a US address. My details are correctly listed on my Microsoft account/profile
but for some reason this isn't pulling through to the Xbox info. I chatted to online help and they advised waiting 24 hours (which I have) but it still isn't working. Any tips?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums I have read what you have said and I only advice I can give you is by changing you region to UK.

Follow these steps to update your settings to your new country/region.

1. Sign in to your Xbox One console.
2. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Language & location.
6. Select your new location from the list, and then select Restart now.

Hi, i have the same problem with the friend above! I m from Greece, bought the console in Greece and allthough i downloaded the demo in the past and played it normally, cant play the game, sayin the region thing!

So you downloaded this from the Russian marketplace? Is your console also from Russia or is it from elsewhere? If the console is from a non-PAL region (typically, outside Europe) then this could explain the problem here.
