Dont forget though if it is too good to be true don't do it when it comes to third party site and read the description of the key some sites sell account access not codes for cheap

Don't do it As it can be reclaimed by the owner at anytime and it's unlikely it would've been the original owner that sold it

They tend to be stolen accounts

Just want to clarify, when i sell the console, would the new owner be able to play the game? Bear in mind i will give them the key that was used for the game?

That's generally the sign of a region issue. Those games are region locked, so in order to download them, your account region had to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where they are available.

I don't understand. why do they give me a US key? My xbox360 region is US, then they give me a US key, don't they?

What is the basis of given key region? MS profile region, xbox360 region, Store(web).
