Region error 0x80a40401

Shame on you Microsoft.

A small number of people bought xbox in Iran, in a sony saturated market because they liked Microsoft and xbox. Nobody here buys an xbox because they just wanted to buy a console, they do it because they wanted an xbox.

And you let us down by not letting us sign in to our accounts , nobody here is enriching uranium with their xbox, this is just stupid.

Xbox live services were available before we bought the console and a lot of us bought the console with the knowledge that we will be able to play online games.

Personally i bought 1 year of xbox gold , 1 year ea access and battlefield 1 premium pass and

After 4 month (about 2 month ago) you banned us from signing in to our accounts.

Shame on you.

Iranian People paid you with their hard earned money and you shouldn't do this , it's not right , i alredy paid for the device , game and live gold services.

This is borderline racist and unacceptable.

sign in problem

I did all the methods above and non of them were useful. And in the last method the same error ( 0x80a40401 ) prevented me from re-downloading my account

the full error : " You appear to be in a region where this service is not available. (0x80a40401) "

Sorry for the issue with connecting. There are many factors that come into play when this happens. It could be your country itself that stopped it. You can check the
Supported countries and if and when Iran is added back it will show there. Again there are way too many factors to list and not sure of them all that affect this.

Xbox is kind of giving the error that your country is banned , you are Microsoft moderator and agent and you tell me maybe our government did this !?
