I have 2 kids accounts. The oldest kid is 12, the youngest is 10.

Both ages have been correctly entered when creating their accounts (i did it and they do not know their password).

When I had our xbox one for about a month, i noticed that my kids could not play online games, although they were added to my family.

Xbox support told me i had to set my xbox one is my home xbox, so i did.

Now my youngest kid (region Belgium) can play online games (plants vs zombies).

My oldest kid (profile region is Netherlands) can not play online (plants vs zombies) on our xbox.

At least I should expect that the oldest kid should have more opportunities but in my case, it is my youngest kid that can do more.... Is this related to the region setting, and if so, why is there such a difference between Netherlands and Belgium?

BTW: all security has been set equaly for both accounts on XBOX One.

    :)

    Hey there AfootElephant53!

I am sorry to hear about the connection issues. It is possible that due to regional restrictions you may be unable to access certain content. However, we would like to make sure that we are not missing anything first. Is it only Plants vs Zombies that your
oldest child cannot play or is it for all Xbox Live games?

We will be waiting to hear from you so that we can help get this issue sorted.

    Hello Mister Quimby.

For now we only have 3 games, all 3 are EA games (FIFA14, NFS Rivals and PvZ Garden Warfare).

All 3 games do not allow my oldest son to play online...

EA support elevated his Origin account to adult, but this did not help either.

So after checking several things with Xbox chat support, the only difference i could find was the region setting.
