Region code is incorrect for the console)

Unfortunately Xbox 360 game discs are region locked so nothing can be done to change the region on the disc.

You can change the region of the console from the settings menu to match that of the disc, but I should imagine that that could cause problems with your XBL service, accessing the store, etc.

I have the same problem but with a different game, as I moved to Germany, now I want to buy my games here and still use my console.

Do you know how to change the region?

I already tried on settings and even updated my microsoft account (region and payment) but still can't play my game

It sounds as though perhaps the game was bought for another region that does not match your consoles region thus why it will not be able to be played. Only if the game is region free can it be played no matter where you are. Below is a support link about
region settings which may assist you. I also would recommend speaking to Xbox tech support if you believe things all match and should be playable as they may be able to further assist you or if needed provide refunds of incorrect products purchased. Good luck
