Region Changing Error!

i need to change my account region from US to UK because when i created it it put it as US by default and i live in the UK. so cannot purchase anything etc...

i followed the steps and came to the page where your supposed to click next at the bottom. every time i click "next" it doesnt do anything! i need to change it! can anyone tell me how/why?

If it is a region error changing your locale has no effect on the error

In order to get region locked content your account region not your console region must match your actual region

This can only be changed every 3months under my account and change my region On this website

If none of the items on that list apply to you and you still cannot change your region then you can contact phone support who will be able to assist you with the region change. 020 7365 9792 or 0800 587 1102

Are you getting 8015017 error that's not because it's isn't available in your region

If you are using the us as your account region that's is why you are getting the error

Your account region must reflect your actual region for xbox 360 games

You can change this under my account on this website and change my region

This error code usually means that your account,billing & actual region don't match.

Check that everything is the same,if not you would need to change your region
