region change help!

I am living in spain and up until a few months a go was able to still buy MS points, however now it's changed to Euros, i don't want to change the XB1 to spanish as i don't speak Spanish, i was wondering if i changed to Ireland would this then change to
Euros?

Region Change - Help?

Hi, I've been trying to change my region back to my actual region, since Xbox One now is officially launched in my country, and has been for a while now, i would appreciate to be able to use the store. I've been trying regularly to change region since early
december. I've checked all the steps that might or might not keep me from changing my region. And it never works! Anyone have a walkthrough, talkthrough or can point me in the right direction? I've tried changing the region on the Xbox One, and on this website.

If you change your region to another country from which you physically live you will encounter several problems.

1. Gold memberships can only be used if purchased from the country that your gamertag is set for. Eg. You would need to purchase a Gold membership from Ireland

2. The same goes for Currency or MS Points. Again they are region locked and can only be used if purchased from Ireland.

3. Due to your physical IP (Internet Protocol) address you would have trouble downloading some items from the Marketplace even if you were able to purchase them.

4. If you have a credit card attached to your account you may not be able to use it as the gamertag's location does not match your physical location

 

my xbox account has always been registered in UK, yet i've bought 12 months gold from both Spain and Gibraltar in the past with no problem's.

Ireland uses's euro's the same as spain so i couldn't see a problem with it as i know a friend from Ireland who lives here buys cards from here to use on his Irish console.

Again with the IP i've never had a problem downloading anything from Marketplace. although i don't download games only DLC.

So with that i'm assuming i could change my region to Ireland and use the euro cards? i think Ireland uses PAL and not NTSC?

But I'm thinking that you would pay €50 in spain and the same price in Ireland so there's no difference. I'm probably not explaining myself correctly as to what i want, i just want to know if i can change my region to Ireland and that it will accept euros.

 

ist no difference for you, but for the government it is. so if the government loses Money because someone finds out he can purchase out of Region and pay the same (for whatever reason) they wont have any tax recieved for this purchase - thus declaring forbidden
Action.

eg

Germany, i pay 50€ - tas is 19%,german government recieves roughly less than 10€

switzerland, i pay 50€ - tax is 8%, german government recieves nothing at all

if i choose to buy a few codes just because i was on Holiday in switzerland, this is tax fraud

Nope as none of your content would be in English

You only have access to Spanish content in Spain marketplace

Each market place has their own language usually decided by the majority

You wont have access to English content as they aren't there on the spainish marketplace
