Discus and support Region change failure in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to change region of the account and the website would not let it be changed.     I tried to change region of the account and the website would not let it be changed. I tried contacting with Xbox Support and they could not support changing the region of the account. Anyone else can provide a voluntary service to do that?

    Unfortunately that has not worked. I get the same screens indicating some kind of failure in the process.

    I was not able to change the region of either of the accounts presumably because they are already in the region I tried to change to but I could not find out anywhere which region which account was in.

    Region change failure

    Hi Michael, How is the Xbox App being impacted when you trying to change the region of your account? We only monitor issues related to the Xbox App, so if your not using the App the issue your reporting is beyond our scope. We recommend reviewing the article
    below to make sure you meet the conditions to change regions and if you have further questions contact Xbox Support for this is something they should be able to help you with.

    I would like to make the following points:

    I do not meet the conditions that block change;

    The whole Microsoft Account is still in Hong Kong, and the only way to change it is accessing the Xbox webpage and it does not work on my behalf.

    As a result, the app still conflicts with detection of actual location and does not allow me to access the Store.

    I am rather disappointed at your implementation of the region change feature. However, I am relieved that I could finally use that feature after many failures, because I realised that I needed to make that change based on the IP address of the old region
    that I resided in. How inconvenient in a real situation like mine!!!
