    Region change doen't work


    I recently changed my Microsoft store and Xbox region after moving back to Denmark, but although I followed all you official guides for how to do this, it won't work. I have bought a gift card for extending my (Danish) Xbox
    Live subscription, but when I punch in the code I get:

    Change your Microsoft Store region
    You currently have a subscription from a different region. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer support.

    Also, on my Microsoft account it looks like a have a couple of dollars left... which seems to be strange if my region indeed is Denmark. Region change doen't work :)

    You have to call or chat with an agent from Xbox live helpdesk to get the account updated as you already did the online process...

    I think you must wait to your current Live subscription run out, then do that... I guess that solve your issue, because you can't stack different region Live subscription

    Yes, this seems to be an issue of the subscription of Xbox Live was purchased in a different region so there is some mismatch there. I would contact
    Offical Support to see what options you have.

    And verifying you did follow the steps outlined here?

    I would also check that the URL of the page you are redeeming the code in matches that of the region the gift card is for? For example the English US page has a "/en-us/" in the URL to denote the region and language of the page you're on. If it doesn't
    match the card, that could also be the problem.
