    I have a xbox 360 that I brought from Colombia I am from Ecuador, I had xbox live without problem I paid with the credit card here in Ecuador, the problem bino when I try to download a game and I could not find out and it was because of the region since
    The console was from Colombia and I was still in Colombia, I changed it to Ecuador and it says that there is no xbox live, how do I recover my account since I have paid it ??

    Are Xbox One Games Region Locked?

    Do you live in China? If so yes, they're region locked. Also, not every game releases in every region at the same time.

    Well first what region are you in

    If you don't live in an Xbox live region it won't work regardless as you need to live in an Xbox live region

    Windows /,office regions are different then xbox

    And if you set your account to a non Xbox region and create an Xbox account you have to select an Xbox live region and you have to have an valid payment option from an Xbox live region

    Better question WHAT region are you in?.if you dont live I. An xbox live region or a gamepass region then It wont work

    As not all xbox regions are supported

    Now if you dont live in an xbox live region or using a different region then you actually live for the sake of us games thats the reason why

    Payment methods and xbox console and account regions MUST be the same
