    Hello!!!!!

    Need help with this.

    When i try to add a new payment method it doesn`t let me change the region wich is stock at mexico, like unable to change it, my card isn`t from mexico and the chat doesn`t work for me.

    Any help will be welcome.

    To make sure, are you using the steps in our guide for
    How To Update Your Microsoft Account Region    ? If so, can you clarify in more detail on what happens when you try those steps?

    Also, do you have a reference number for any of the conversations you had with our chat team?

    adding payment method and Region Problem

    The region of your account and the region of your credit card need to be the same. However, there are a few regions in Mexico that are not available for selection within the Xbox. I forget which one but there are a few and you won't be able to add your card
    and you'll need to see about adding currency to your account instead to make purchases.

    Payment cards were not at all, did not change region.

    I enclose payment card, just holding the region changed.

    The problem is that I know only English language with dictionary, so I can not call :)

    You can buy Xbox 360 games online in Romania. But can you do that on lets say: the Xbox series S|X. Can you buy in Romania games using Xbox live? And if you can, can you do it on consoles?

    Payment issue is the least of your problems

    The region lock would come into play

    I can't add a payment method

    Both my account region and my payment region are Vietnam. The problem is when I add payment, the checker said that my card information is wrong despite I type-in what write in my card correctly multiple time(card holder and CVV).

    Same problem here. And also I do not understand the reasoning behind checking payment method and regions... logic dictates that if that was the problem I would not be able to download any other games with gold either! Since I have been able to download ALL
    the other games this month it's not my payment method or my region the problem. And as it has been stated before fix it cause it's happening randomly every month for random games but our payments for the service are not random at all!
