    Region and curreny problems


    I am unable to purchase with my Microsoft account money.

    I've purchased a pre-paid card in Austria which is in Euros, and i was unable to redeem it in Hungary (because Hungary has different currency).

    I"ve read some threads, and now i've changed my region to Austria (i am still in Hungary). The code worked now, but i am unable to purchase anything from the store. When i try to do it on XBOX it says the item is not avaiable in my region. When i try
    it via pc it says i have no valid payment options.

    Now i am confused. What should i do?

    Please help me

    The last gen versions of the game (Xbox 360 and PS3) do not support onlinr splitscreen. Only the curreny gen (Xbox One and PS4) do.

    Redeeming problem

    Hi there,

    you should see that same amount on http://account.microsoft.com too, might show a little bit down on the page itself. But it will show the amount and the region for what it is meant.

    You will need to use and set your console (and or account) to that same region if it's not set to that yet. After which you should be able to use it in the store on the Xbox console. (or in game if it's an in-game item like v-bucks)

    Keep in mind that it's not supported to use different a region then your actual region.

    If you can't see the curreny account it might be best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support chat at

    Currency does not work on the website; for 360 content it only supports PayPal or debit/credit cards.

    As for your console, your account region and its currency would need to match the Marketplace region you are looking at, which in turn needs to match your physical location, which it currently does not.

    You should have either used Hungarian currency codes or used Paypal or debit/credit cards to complete the purchase.

    Try speaking with Phone Support to see if they are able to help at all:

    If not that would.be why

    Curreny is region locked by country not continents so us dollars wont work in canada neither will french euros in germany

    You cam check https//accounts.microsoft.com

    And see what currency it is

    And no currency cant be moved between regions

    Error code 80190376

    Our new Windows Live ID has curreny in MSP. That's the reason of the issue. I will back to my old account when I could. Microsoft SHOUD do anything with this anyway. Support really sucks.
