Region Accaunt Question

Hello my name is Vladimir i'm from Latvia.

I started this subject because i can't contact Chat With Microsoft option (can't pass first step when i need to enter my name).

So I have a question i a hope that you will help me with that!

I live in Latvia and i'm new to Xbox, my region is not supported by Xbox Live services and i think it never be, so my question is, i want to buy Xbox One Master Chief Collection Bundle. I found out that the game itself comes without a disc, it comes with
activation code on Xbox Live. So how can i activate this code if i cant register with my region? And if i will buy Forza, how can i get other content that avaiable only with digital download? Thanks.

Store problem

When i created my accaunt i was in Russia, added russian pay card and all worked normaly. But now i get back home (Ukreine) chenged region of my accaunt to Ukreine and cant add ukreinian pay card - store still wants me to add russian card and all prices
in RUR. If someone know what the problem is - i will appreciate a help.

 

Xbox Live accaunt/Xbox Windows 10 accaunt

Hello

I cant enter in my old Xbox Live accaunt DarksRevival (create in old Xbox 360), then I try Windows 10 unite my Skype accaunt (it have same name as Xbox Live accaunt) and dont get me in Xbox Live from old .

How to fix it? I can not unite or use my old tag in new accaunt (Xbox Windows 10) show he is not available.

To activate the game code that is bundled with the console, you just need to redeem it either on the console itself after you set it up or online on this same website. However, your account should then be registered on one of the supported xbox live country.
Since you're using an xbox one, it won't matter actually if you migrate your account with the nearest supported xbox live country like UK. This way, when you set up your console, you just need to set the locale to UK then you're all good.

Now, for purchasing. Here's what I would recommend. Since you might get problems using your credit card on purchasing as it won't be from the same region as with your account that you will create, then using xbox live gift cards would be your best bet. That
way, you just redeemed this gift cards to load your account with credits that you can use to purchase the games through the console store.
