Maybe/Maybe not. It depends on either the game being Region 0 or having Region 4 coding on it.

The UK is DVD Region coding 2 and Australia is DVD Region 4.

Region 2 and Region 0 and sometimes region 4 DVD's

If it's strictly a region 4 DVD my understanding is that it will not work in Europe unless you a have a DVD player from that region (Australia, NZ, & Asia) or you have a region free (Region 0) DVD player. I wouldn't think it would in the Xbox one since all
consoles are region locked.

We found that a DVD designated Region 2/4 is suitable for playback in Western Europe, Oceania, and any other Region 2 or Region 4 area. So-called "Region 0" and "ALL" discs are meant to be playable worldwide. Most DVDs sold in Mexico and Latin America
carry both region 1 and 4 codes. So it should work, give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
