    Regeneration challenges not counting


    Currently I am on Gen 6 and I have been encountering problems with the rodeo titan challenge. I am at 31/50 titans killed. The problem is when I kill a titan the challenge only counts my kill about half of the time. These are not 'assists' either, I get
    the 'Doomed Titan' points for killing them in attrition.

    Does anyone else have this problem or know why my rodeos are not counting properly?

    challenges - prestige - iron sights ???

    there is something i can not understand.

    why is the challenge "kills while aiming down sights with the iron sights" not counting.

    it is still zero???

    (some challenges are also nog counting the right way : they count nothing...)

    Titanfall Regeneration

    Depends on your preference. Really there isn't much regenerating offers. I personally do because to me it shows accomplishment. Each regeneration has its own challenges which make the game fun and makes you try new things.

    "Dooming" them is only half the battle. You have to kill its Doom bar. Ride that sucker all the way to the ground. If the Pilot ejects while you are killing it; it will also count.

    Yep, you have to kill them, not just doom them. Use an amped LMG or an LMG with the slammer attachment and you can do it without reloading.

    Worked this one out tonight as well after dooming them and just jumping off and then realising my challenges weren't changing.

    yea that was frustrating at first. Especially when they popped smoke. But I figured that id stop jumping off and go down with the ship

    Yep, you have to kill them, not just doom them. Use an amped LMG or an LMG with the slammer attachment and you can do it without reloading.

    I guess it's a pretty polarizing gameplay mechanic... In the end, there's no real advantage to regenerating other than a tag and a number. You could just play it without regenerating and max out all the weapons and abilities... Playing solely for fun, K/D
    ratio or stats in general... Whatever floats your boat.

    I think if Titanfall's regeneration system had been around before the likes of CoD's Prestige system, it might be a slightly different story... Imo...
