    hello there i got a comunication ban on my account on the 16th of September due to my brothers arrogance when i was away on holiday then on the 20th of September i got a multiplayer ban as someone reported me saying i had been harnessing them evan tho i
    wasnt able to message or evan speak to any one i went on the enforcment page to get this ban lifted and when i clicked on the asnwer questionnaire page it crash so i clicked on it again another two times and then it loaded saying please wait 24hours and try
    again as you answerd questions incorrectly when i didnt evan get to answer one question so i woupd like to get this situation resolved please and get back online thanks.

    As this is a billing issue, you will have to take this up with phone support. Ask for billing. There is nothing we can do for you in the forums.

    Hello, my name is Jeremy.

    I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years, and I've already contacted CS (customer support) on this and they deliberately chose not to do anything. I'm not bringing this up because I want free stuff, in fact, I only want to get everything dealt
    with reasonably. I cancelled my auto renewal and it charged my account anyway. Because of this I was overdraft in my bank account, and charged a fee.

    As I've been informed by CS the billing dates are not Xbox responsibilities, but rather the banks choose when to post the payment. I've also been informed by CS that Xbox gives approximately a 1 month leeway for payment, and the renewal date is on
    the 12th of the month, and payment is the 7th of the month after the renewal date. So the subscription renews, then the next month I pay for it. (This is how Xbox subscriptions are told to me.)

    I stated my case to them as such:

    All the companies I've done business with have some sort of subscription, where I pay them for services, and then those services are presented. If I didnt have service, and I paid for a 1 month subscription, I'd be paying
    for that months service. If I chose to renew my subscription, I would continually only have service for the month in which I paid. (CS agreed to this)

    Using their logic, I've been paying for the previous month every renewal. Which means the initial month I paid for is not for that month, but for the previous month in which I didnt already have service. By that analysis, Xbox owes me 1 month of
    service.

    Now as I stated before, I dont want anything but a reasonable conclusion. What bothers me is why I was charged after I cancelled the subscription. What I would like to know is why Microsoft decided to make their rules this way. I would also like
    to have them reimburse me for the initial payment which was apparently for nothing, and the overdraft fee, which would not have occurred if their rules made any sense.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums so there's nothing anyone here can do.You'll have to wait 24 hours to take the quiz again.

    Try using a different web browser if you are having trouble with the enforcement site.

    There's no time limit on when a suspension can be issued for a offence.

    Your 2nd suspension would of been for something you did before the first suspension was even issued.

    OK thanks and I personally don't care what they "investigate" because I know at least 23 people who I met( and reported ) for legit hackering and modding yet they are online but you guys ban someone who will verbally defend themselves and besides 96% of
    any rude conversations where verbal and I know my laws state and federal and recording is not okay.

    The enforcement team do investigate every complaint. So it doesn't matter why someone files a complaint, they will only issue a suspension/banning if they discovered that you have done something to violate the code of conduct or terms of service.

    No. When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. You would have to have access to the original account that purchased the games in order to access the content on the new console.
