Regards to game for gold in march 2016 which I did clicked to buy

Starting march in 2016 I was excited to found out that borderlands was coming to xbox one. While I do have the hard copy of the game on dvd ofcourse. I did clicked the digital copy from games for gold. I played borderlands with out the dvd for a while on
xbox one.

While I tried to play the game last week. It showed I don't have the license? I just checked through the xbox 360 history on pc. Nothing is there. So I feel as it was removed. I know I did get the game because I was gold all year and have the games for gold
in april 2016. And no I didn't have the dvd of borderlands in my drive.

Sorry to hear it. Dirt Showdown is no longer available as the month's GWG game. Currently you can Supreme Commander 2 for this half of March.

Awards gone missing for September 2016

Hi, I am playing Microsoft Sudoku Daily challenges since May 2016. My display ID is ''. Since May 2016 I have consistently won all 3 monthly medals viz. Bronze, Silver as well as Gold. On 23rd December 2016 I won gold medal for December 2016
which was my 8th Gold medals which is also recorded in my Achievement section by unlocking 'Go For Gold' achievement. However in last 3-4 days my Daily challenge badges section shows that I have not won any medals in September 2016. i.e. my history for games
played in September 2016 and where I had won all medals seems to be deleted. Requesting you to please restore my game played history for September 2016 and medals for September 2016.

P.S. I also play Miscrosoft Jigsaw as well as Solitaire and you can compare the history of these games also as a supporting to my claim.

Reqeusting you to do the needful to correct the situation ASAP.

Free games attained from the "Games with Gold" program would only stop working if your Gold subscription has expired.

They are only accessible to play while your Gold subscription is active.

 

What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?

On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold
titles again.

On Xbox 360, any Games with Gold titles that you redeem as an Xbox Live Gold member are yours to keep, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.

That should of mention from games for gold is that makes sense to you. I never knew about it until after I saw this

 

I failed to mention for that 2 month I was still using gold. I know I bought borderlands when it came for games for gold. I use to play the game with out the dvd.

 

Interesting, I honestly never
caught that little part. I've always thought that both One and 360 games were subject to the same condition that your Gold must be active. My mistake then.

On your Xbox One, is Borderlands not on the "Ready to Install" list in "My Games & Apps"?

 

I believed back then you had to be gold to play xbox 360 games.

No it isn't in ready to install. My account game history would show it but never have.. There's nothing you could do anyway. Only a xbox staff can look at it.
