Regarding Warranty of Xbox one bought through Snapdeal.com

I bought Xbox One with Kinect through Snapdeal.com on 8-Apr-2017. It was delivered to me on 13-Apr-2017. I'm happy with the product.

But, when I registered the product with Microsoft, it says the warranty is expired in Jun-2016 itself.

Can you please update the warranty of the product from the purchase date?

Technical Supportend wrong or purchase date wrong

There's only a one year warranty that comes with the xbox.

You'll need to contact Xbox Support and provide them a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase and they can have someone adjust that 1 year warranty end date to match the correct date for your 1 year warranty.

If you bought an extended warranty then that would be handled separately by the company you purchased that additional warranty through.

 

Controller warranty

I have purchased Xbox one s console and an additional controller separately. Both my additional controller and the controller which came with xbox are not functioning. I am looking for replacement warranty for both. I can replace one controller through my
xbox warranty. but how should i go ahead with replacement of the controller which bought separately?

You will first want to get in touch with your retailer (Snapdeal), and verify any available warranty provided by them as part of your purchase, as well as the originally stated condition of the console's listing page.
