    So I got a refund last Tuesday I'm just worried cause iv never gotten a refund from them I payed with debit card but the email I have on my account is no longer in use my new one is my primary alias for this account does the refund come in automatically or is it like a e transfer and you gotta accept it from a email

    Hello Anna,

    Sorry for the issue with charges. You will have to fill out a
    refund request form
    and try get the money that way. If you get a decision you will have to reply to the email with the decision to get further help. We here on the forums are unable to provide any such refunds as we don't have access to any accounts.

    You have missed the chance to purchase the item for a significantly lower price because the discount was offered few days after you have made your purchase.
