Regarding refund

[table][tr][td]Hi I have an issue with access to your platform and related costs.I have a 9 years old son (Noel), who obviously had bought stuff in Fortnite without my permission.He has a few times asked me for acceptance to buy a few things earlier, and that has been -ok. Now when I’m checked up my bank account of another reason, I was terrified – as there is 5 800 SEK (550 EURO ish) paid to your account during November – I have not given away my password or access to him, but he has copied it, and been able to play for a significant large amount. Hello Anna,

Sorry for the issue with charges. You will have to fill out a
refund request form and try get the money that way. If you get a decision you will have to reply to the email with the decision to get further help. We here on the forums are unable to provide any such refunds as we don't have access to any accounts.
