    Regarding case support suggested refund but no action taken for a month for my Elite...


    After fixing my Elite 2 controller for several times, Microsoft support suggested myself a refund for the device since I'm seeing too many issues for the device.

    My last contact from support was below and after a month. they have not taken any action for my refund. I've emailed 5 times already over this month that I have not received any next action for the case and if they're planning not refunding I want my controller back and suggested but no response.

    You are going to have to contact ms store support I'n your region

    Via phone no one on forums can help with case numbers

    And I suggest you edit it out because people can call up support with that number and get your name

    Redeemed an Xbox Gold pass code before canceling subscription, now I can't find it!

    Update: I went ahead and contacted support via chat and they solved it by refunding my monthly subscription payment for this month so that the 12 month code could begin to apply instead. Basically just removing the overlap rather than removing the code from my account. It was super fast, I have already received the refund and my account already reflects the application of the 12 month pass code. It was a simple fix in the end, but did require the action of Microsoft support to accomplish it in case you get into the same situation.
