    Basically my main account (ANSCFC2013) was banned for apparently "too many refunds" and I filed a case review which was rejected but I have been advised by xbox chat to post on here for help.

    How is too many refunds my fault? the refunds have to be issued by xbox chat agents which they were! I went to get support for games which were failing to launch and spent hours doing troubleshooting steps which failed to fix the issue. So I was issued refunds
    by the chat agents. So why was I permanently banned for this?

    it genuinely feels like nobody is listening to me in all of this. I never demanded refunds I was given them..that is not my fault.

    I want answers

    Permanent Bans Xbox live

    I am looking to see how many people have gotten bans or permanent bans, and were unable to access any of their previously purchased direct downloaded games.

    I want to know who is willing to provided information, regarding your banned account. This only pertains to permanent bans at the moment, and affects only your downloaded purchased games, that are now unavailable to you.
    This will be put together for a class action lawsuit, in regards to being denied access to previously purchased materials from Microsoft.

    my lawyer wants to assess the number of people this directly affects. If you can share this information, or post it, so we can get as many interested parties as possible, on as many social media, FB, Twitter, youtube outlets, that will help immensely.

    Permanent bans may be needed in some instances, but not allowing accessed to purchased products, in which the company has been rewarded and profited from is a crime.

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    No one here can tell you anything as no one here is from the enforcement team & they do not use the forums.

    If the decision was upheld then there's nothing you can do.

    Normally there are no refunds for games but that rule has been relaxed a bit,usually you can have one refund per year now.

    If several games were failing to launch then the issue is not the games but something else.

    Support should not of issued so many refunds but there really is nothing anyone here can do.

  5. I was told to post here and on the enforcement forum by an xbox advisor about an hour ago..seems people are just telling me to do useless things!

    I have been given 3 refunds and that is over the space of 2 years or so..but I did not ask for any of them, they were all issued to me by support. So I genuinely don't see how I deserve to be banned for that!

    Xbox really do not care about their customers it seems

    You were given the wrong information.

    The enforcement forums are no longer used & the only way to contact the enforcement team is via the site by filing a case review,which you have already done.

    There really is nothing anyone here can do.

  7. Constantly being given wrong information.

    I have spoken to numerous support agents about this and they have all looked back at conversations showing when I was issued the refund and they have all said I have done nothing wrong and they all said I was wrongly suspended. I provided so much evidence
    to the enforcement team and they still upheld their decision.

    been with xbox for 10 years and they just treat you like crap.

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so shouldn't have said if you did anything wrong or not.

    I've told you everything I can.Support can't help you & neither can anyone here.

  9. Well they did say I was wrongly banned and it was atleast 6 agents I spoke to and all said they see nothing wrong with what I did as if I was not eligble for the refunds I would of been given them.

    Basically the enforcement team just didn't listen to me in the slightest.

    Doesn't matter how many support agents said you did nothing wrong.They are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & for the most part have no idea how it works.

    If you have asked for a case review then you have been listened to,re-investigated & still found to of broken the ToU/CoC so there is nothing you can do.

    Phone/chat support have absolutely nothing to do with the enforcement team,it is only their opinion that they have told you,nothing else.

  12. Unfortunately, the support team has no control over suspensions. Them saying you did nothing wrong is just as good as me saying it. It's the opinion of the Policy Enforcement Team that matters.

    If you have not done a case review yet, I'd recommend requesting one. If that's already been done and closed, the decision is final, and no one here or on the support team can do anything about it.

    I apologize if you feel this is unfair, but the policies are in place for a reason, and are enforced as written.
