so i had pre-ordered an xbox one s on October 14, 2016 and the actual console doesn't come out till November the 1st. they finally went through the transaction on the 28th and i had got an email on the 29th about how if i ordered an xbox one s i can get 50,000
Rewards Credits and a select FREE game. the date said it had to be from October 29 – December 31, 2016 and i want to know if i can still get this reward because of the inconvenience of the date purchase.

Hey General Pugsly,

You should be Credited for this purchase! Keep in mind that Credits only appear as pending up to 15 business days after shipping, so they may not appear for a while.

The 50,000 credit offer was only sent out to select Rewards members. If you were not a Rewards member, you would not have been sent the offer (that was the only requirement). The promo code itself is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is
not required for the offer.

If you did sign up for the program and then bought the console, you could still be eligible for the 30,000 rewards credits though.

The 50,000 Rewards Credits offers were only for select members. Since you were not selected for that offer, you did not receive those Credits. If you had been selected, the offer page would have shown you a code for free expedited shipping, and the offer
would be visible on your MyMissions page while logged into the Rewards site.

In order for support to check into it, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer is not available to everyone, so you may not have been eligible for that offer and received the default 30,000 credit offer instead.

In order to receive the free shipping, you had to enter the promo code. Not all consoles were eligible for free shipping. If you did enter the code and there was an issue, you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if there
is anything they can do about the shipping price.

Only members chosen for that offer are eligible. Since you were not selected for either 50,000 Credit offer, you will not get 50,000 Credits. If you had been selected, the offer would be visible on the MyMissions page while logged in to the Rewards site,

Futhermore, only purchases from the MicrosoftStore.com are eligible for this offer. Purchases from retail stores are not eligible.
