Regarding achievements percentage and deleted accounts

I too am in this group. I hate that you can't delete an achievement. I rented Armored Core 4 to check it out, but didn't want achievements till i'd decided yay or nay on the game, but i ended up with one any way and it affects my completion percentage and
game count. I find completion percentage more impressive than gamer score because anyone with money can buy a crap ton of games and get the easy achievements.

It's not possible to delete gamerscore for games that you have already gotten achievements for. You can however delete a game from your history if you have absolutely no achievements in it.

As for your second question on how to improve your reputation, it honestly doesn't matter. Reputation on XBOX Live is sort of cosmetic, I'm assuming you're looking at your percentages, that honestly doesn't make any difference at all as the percentage is only
displayed to you. But if you'd like it improved other people would have to prefer you but as you can see you're already at 5 stars.

You Can't delete any achievements that you already unlocked.
