Regain access to Minecraft Java account

I can see that you have login issues with your Mojang account, I would like to know if you were able to Migrate your account to Microsoft?

If you haven't, please be guided that Starting September 19, 2023, at 11:00 am EST/17:00 pm CEST, unmigrated Mojang accounts will not be able to sign in to Minecraft.net or the Minecraft Launcher to migrate.

If you are being prompted to enter a username for Minecraft: Java Edition even though you had an account before, it is possible that your account was deleted or deactivated due to inactivity. It could also be that your account was compromised or there was a technical issue that caused your account to become inaccessible.

You can try to recover your account by going to the Minecraft website and clicking on the "Forgot password" link. This will allow you to reset your password and regain access to your account if it is still active.

If your account has been deleted or deactivated, you may need to create a new account to access Minecraft: Java Edition.

It is all the same email. I can sign in to the Microsoft account without issue. The issue is that it doesn't shoe a purchase of java minecraft. I can play minecraft for windows with that account without issue. Just not the Java version. There is no error message, but I only have access to the demo. The account is secured with my phone number.

Perhaps we can explore why I have windows minecraft but not Java minecraft. Articles indicate that I should have access to both.

Firstly, it's important to note that Minecraft Java and Minecraft Bedrock are two separate versions of the game. Minecraft Java is the original version of the game, while Minecraft Bedrock is the cross-platform version of the game that is available on multiple devices.

To get Minecraft Java with Bedrock Edition, you will need to purchase Minecraft Java separately. You can purchase Minecraft Java from the official Minecraft website. Once you have purchased Minecraft Java, you will be able to access the Bedrock Edition by logging into your Microsoft account and downloading the game from the Microsoft Store. However, if you have purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition before June 6th, 2022, you are eligible to redeem a free copy of Minecraft Java Edition from the official website.
