    Regain access to an old account


    so afew years back i was scammed and lost access to my account where they changed the email and password and spent hundreds of dollars on my mother's card and i was never able to get the game i pre orderd (Assasins creed origins which was either the deluxe
    edition or gold edition) id like to regain access to my account and hopefully the pre orderd game or a refund on it i had spent alot of money on that account ill try my best to provide any details i need to id really appreciate some help i know the email they
    changed the account to

    You need to call phone support then to regain access to your old account.

    Regaining access to my old account that was hacked

    Hi there Andy S.

    I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today.

    I am so sorry you are having issues with a compromised account.

    If you are getting this error message, have you tried accessing the account from another web browser or device?

    With your families email, the best place to start is to check your internet connectivity and your connectivity to your Outlook. Do you receive emails on another device?

    It's also good to check your Junk Email settings to check if you have blocked or removed safe senders and to check your filters at the bottom.

    If that doesn't work, check your junk and storage. (Can be found in the Storage setting under general)

    If none of this works, try changing your password.

    You can go to this link: [support.microsoft.com/home/contact] and input 'Account Access' and then go to 'Contact Support'.

    Once you're there, you can go to 'Microsoft 365 and Office' > 'Manage Account Security' and you will be able to talk to a support agent.

    They would not be able to open the account for you but they may be able to help with the errors.
