    I have been refused a refund because my boy has gone and bought £40 worth of robux on Roblox. I did not authorise any of the transactions. I really can not afford this bill as times are hard as it it with cost of living. Is there a chance someone can help me out by accepting my request for a refund please. I really can't afford this bill. I am stressing to the max over it.

    Thank you. But we didnt play at all. He missed the small print that the game was only good for xbox360 not the xbox one. So to me a game that has not even been played and deleted should be able to do something.

    I know they cant. Im just venting before i call to fix the situation. I just want other people aware with the hope that this nonsense will someday change.

    You can try replying to the email you received denying the request in order to contact the refund specialists or try to resubmit the request.
