    Refused a refund?


    Purchased a game and was charged 20.79 and some microsoft currency and then charged 21.24 for the same product. Was refused a refund for the duplicate charge and I am wondering what options I have to get my money back?

    Thank you. But we didnt play at all. He missed the small print that the game was only good for xbox360 not the xbox one. So to me a game that has not even been played and deleted should be able to do something.

    I know they cant. Im just venting before i call to fix the situation. I just want other people aware with the hope that this nonsense will someday change.

    You can try replying to the email you received denying the request in order to contact the refund specialists or try to resubmit the request.

    Maybe try phoning them this has happend to me before but in the end didn't get refund either.
