    I used Microsoft rewards to redeem 12 months of Xbox live gold and when I went to use the code it said it had already been redeemed. I have been back and forth with support with no help. For the love of God I never want to see another sentence resembling
    one that says that my "account has been looked into and can confirm that xbox live gold membership has been applied". I've been told that many times and it is a plain out lie. If I had gold I would be online playing right now instead of asking for help for
    what is almost a week. I keep getting sent back and forth between Xbox support and Microsoft rewards. They also won't just refund my points I used even though the code they sent me is glitched/used already. I don't want to get on the phone with somebody to
    solve this issue. I just want someone to email me with actual help so I can get back to playing online. I can't just go out and buy more gold. I rely on Microsoft rewards points to get my gold and I'm going to be pretty upset if 29,000 points ends up being
    wasted over a glitched code that is not my fault. Please somebody just help me.
