Refusal to go home

All of a sudden, trying to get home from any app or game doesn't work, resulting in having to get out the chair to physically turn the box off just to quit Forza! Then having to turn back on to play something else. Not ideal for me or my knees.

Is this a known thing, any fix? The XBox is only a couple of weeks old and a 1Tb model, if that's of any relevance.

Refusal to chat with customers

I have been trying to contact Microsoft support now for 15 days yet even when the system says that there is no one in line before me NO MICROSOFT REPRESENTATIVE answers. This is beyond frustrating.

CoD AW really laggy!!

you can thank activision and their refusal to use dedicated servers. Its not gonna run like SO, Titanfall, Forza, etc

Try hard resetting your Xbox by holding the power button on front of the Xbox until it turns off then unplug it for 5 mins

So I tried this, still the same problem, would you guys be able to enable it remotely or something? (the series s is the only xbox system I own so its not a problem of having to deselect another console)

I understand you need help on your Xbox problem. Let's check that out.

First, try to reset the console to see if this helps.

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Once done, do the home Xbox thing again and make sure you are connected to the internet.

Try going offline again and play your games. Hope that helps!
