Refurbished Xbox One (nothing but issues)

Allow me to give some backstory...

On black friday, I bought a refurbished Xbox One for $150. It came packaged as if it was new, but upon first start up, I was introduced to an error screen. I ended up having to go through the troubleshooter -> factory reset, which worked for a few days. Then I started downloading more games and suddenly games want to crash on me now (besides that, the home screen UI is buggy sometimes).

Anyways, this morning I wake up and try to turn it on, I'm met with an error again. I try soft rebooting, hard rebooting, nothing. Factory reset did the trick yet again. So this time, I'm getting a game downloading (Fortnite), it gets about half way done then just stops. I tried turning off xbox and turning back on and now I'm met with yet again, another error. This time, I wanted to attempt the offline system update, firstly using OSU2 then OSU1.

Upon booting up wtih OSU2 trying to install, it automatically jumps to an error (E101) which I've looked up and turns out I can't use the OSU files to perform an offline system update because this xbox has an insiders release on it (which explains all the buggyness). Keep in mind, I never signed up for the insiders program. The version its telling me is xbox_dev_2011.201111-0000. Ever since attempting the OSU update, my xbox doesn't want to factory reset itself (even without the USB in). Everytime I attempt it, I keep getting met with the same error screen. Soft reboots, hard reboots, unplugging for an hour and trying again, nothing. Its in a boot error loop.

You might tell me to try to send it to Microsoft... well upon going to the xbox website and attempting to setup a warranty service, the website tells me the warranty is past expired and that service cant be setup for the xbox since its discontinued (etc. etc.)

In the box the xbox came in, there is a warranty sheet explaining the terms of its 90-Day Refurbished Warranty. It hasn't been 90 days yet. Theres a sticker on the xbox telling where it was refurbished. Looks like iQor Global Services based in Mexico.



Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I really want to play my xbox.
