Refunds

My account was charged for over 3,000 on 3-13-21 dollars in one day dor roblux i found out after going to make a purchase at my local grocery store. Learning i was declined i called my bank and was informed micro billing i was told to submit a dispute form to my my card holder which i did i followed every procedure. I was told they would issue me a new card i would have it by the 29th of march. No new card arrived i then called was informed i was denied. I then was told to call Microsoft in which i would have been done of i would have known from start. However further looking into my son's xbox i noticed that they were in fact 4 other devices on his account which me and his father set up over 4 years ago and he no longer has that email for notifications otherwise i would of known that second. So i was told to submit on 3-29-21the request no numbers. I then called back on 3-31-21ans was told no send in one by one 208 total order numbers for refund request and to also change account email and passwords for any further problems. I changed everything as asked while on the phone with Microsoft agent and began to submit over each order number. I stayed up till 2 a.m only able to submit 60. When i got u morning of 3-31-21 i began to start off were i left off submitting but i wads blocked which yea of course i changed everything like i was told. So now i call again and was told just wait when i get a refund response reply with the rest of order numbers. Okay i get a response around 430 p.m today of 3-31-21 and agent says case closed i would like to no were do i go from here im not trying to break any rules im heart broken ive never jad a ossue with a return i understand this is a large amount. But please hear me out i would never at 37 buy roblux for 3,300.00. In one full day i done even play that kids makes mistakes at this point my son doesnt even play roblux it other devices there it could be those or maybe my child. But im the owner im the parent it's my card please someone out there help.me or Microsoft this is tough on me truly
