Refunds - when will they be?

So I keep getting e-mails telling me that I have received a refund for any purchases via Xbox Fitness, but the only credits against my account seem to be my Xbox Rewards credits.

When did the refunds take place or when will they?

Revolution DLC Peacekeeper locked for other accounts...

Proof of refund? Because why would they refund you when they kept there part of the deal at no time did they state you can use the dlc across multiple accounts...and Microsoft not known to refund anything.

The refunds for Xbox Fitness started going out sometime around June. They will also be listed as a Rewards deposit which is why you may not notice it. Check the dates of your Rewards deposits on the Rewards site vs. the dates you had credits added to your
account on the billing site. Any that take place on dates not listed on the Rewards site would be your Fitness refund.

There was a notice on the website a few days ago explaining that the refunds are taking longer.

Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.

They can check your information and verify it.

If your UAI has been closed - I would call to see when it will be refunded.

Users have reported that they were refunded, But did not state when it was refunded.

Hi Nathan, I could not find the sea of thieves refund on there, and I know myself I did not refund it. I did some research and apparently it has happened to a lot of people and everyone said to come here.

Have you tried uninstalling the game and re-installing it again?

I have looked on the Sea of Thieves official forum and there was no mention of this on there: Sea of Thieves - Categories
