    Refunds page either not loading or or saying "we've moved things around"


    Hi,

    I get two different things happening when trying to request a refund for a starter pack to a game (I thought I was buying the game itself).

    Either I get a grey box with a sad square face - i.e. it won't load - or I get a page saying "we've moved things around" and help only takes me back to the same process again.

    How can I sort out this refund asap please?

    How about for the UK?

    I try to refund and it sends me also to the "we've moved things around" page. Bloody useless! Then all help pages send me back to do the same process again...
