    Hello gamers, im having a problem since a parent from my family who is young, bough a game of 500R$ which is a lot of money in my country Brazil, the game was Watch dogs legion, the ultimate edition and you may ask why i didn't cancel the purchase... well
    unfortunely that was my first game pre-ordered and at that time i did not known Xbox could refund for these situations. I submmited the request for refunding me have 2 days, and im really worried so i ask you all how much longer this may take? I really don't
    want to lose that lot of money so yeah im worried very much. If you can help me please comment!

    If you look at the back you'll find a label that will tell you this

    The game will not work on Xbox one and you'll have to request a refund through https://account.xbox.com

    Recompile is only available for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

    If you own an Xbox One, One S or Xbox One X then you won't be able to install it, hence why it doesn't show in your library. You'll need to request a refund.

    Does it specify Xbox Series S or Xbox One S? Those are different things. It sounds like you bought the version for the One. You would need to refund it and get the correct version if that is the case.
