    Refunds on Digital Purchases not received


    Does anyone know how to request a refund on a digital purchase? I purchased a MW Season 3 Battlepass bundle and did not get half of the content. I opened a ticket with Activision on April 8th and have yet to receive a response. I opened a ticket with Microsoft
    and they said digital purchases like COD points are not eligible for a refund even though I never received what I purchased. Activision's support chat is broken and doesn't work. Their text support says to open a ticket online which they never respond to.
    I have sent multiple messages to Activision Support on Twitter and Facebook which they don't respond to either. Short of disputing the charge with my credit card company I am unsure of how to proceed.

    Hello, the normal period is 72 hours but it may take a little longer due to the saturation of the servers, if you see that it takes a long time call the technical service and inform the case, a greeting.

    I understand your frustration, but unfortunately it seems like the issue is with Activision/Infinity Ward then.

    The transaction to buy the points worked, which is where I think it ends with Microsoft, therefore why they turned down your request.

    The Call of Duty in-game shop is all Activision-Blizzard / Infinity Ward.

    My request was denied by Microsoft because I bought COD points with it and then used those to buy the Battlepass bundle. I think they are saying because I used the COD points I can't get a refund from them which I think is
