    @Red..... maybe kids shouldn't have the controller unattended.... speaking from experience, my 2 year old bought Metro, almost bought Duck Dynasty and MK... not MS'S fault for me leaving the controller in his little hands.... people need to become responsible.....
    oh wait... it's 2015... it's someone else fault...

    Alot of people got a refund for Battlefield 4 as it was universally known to be a broken mess on release.

    Apart from that, its a case of "Buyer Beware".

    All sales on Digital Games are final, unless of course the developer acknowledges that their game doesn't work in which the player would probably get their money back as the developer in question would want to do the right thing.

    And as for "Accidental Purchases", you can password protect the purchase side of Xbl against little Timmy buying the latest CoD.....

    Yea, the whole, "My brother used my account.. and now it's banned" excuse never works in the Suspension section of the forums, so I don't know if that would work when asking for a refund. You are responsible for your account.
