    Refunds for unauthorized charges


    I have quite a few charges to my Visa that I did not purchase nor did I authorize. I would like my money back and canceled my Visa to the payment option. Thank you. For a game in the store.

    It shouldn't make a difference. If MS finishes investigation they will directly refund unauthorized charges, or if PayPal reverses them before MS is done you will also get money back for unauthorized charges.

    you have to go to
    xbox.com/refund     and to remove your card, access your account on xbox.com and from there you can remove it.
