Refunds for duplicate charges

I ordered ufc 232 and it charged me 3 times for the same fight so 64.99 + 64.99. I fill out a refund request, and recieved an email stating I will get refunded 130.00, and notice a 64.99 refund in my bank a week later. I call Custer service and lady says
she has no access to that info and says she cant help. I receive email that says my case is closed and I was refunded when i was not, so i did a live chat with support and he tells me to fill out another request and there is nothing he can do. It's been 2
weeks and Microsoft still has my money for something that wasn't my fault. Who is running this thing? Is there no one at Microsoft that can resolve this? Or does everyone pass me off to a request form and says hopefully you get your refund. Blatantly ripping
me off. Where are the managers? Who's in charge that can help? Or do I have to get an attorney?

If you haven't done so already, you can also reply to the email you received about the refund to contact the refund specialist. That and the request form are the only ways of contacting them.

Check out these steps.

To receive a refund for one of your Game Pass Ultimate charges, you must first verify that the charge was indeed a duplicate, and then contact Microsoft support to request a refund.

Steps:

1. Check your payment information:

Sign in to your Microsoft account (or your Xbox account, if different) and review your purchase history to confirm that there was a duplicate charge

Thanks for the replies. This is most likely a duplicate charge. Test charges are around 1$ not 20. You can try the

refund form, or contact your bank for the duplicate. Also, check on your
order history to see if it charged your old card and the new one. Sometimes a pending charge is set, and if don't remove that charge it will go through along with another purchase.
